Rates include:	Utilities (unless agreed differently for heating*); Linen (one set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per person, per stay); Cleaning at end of stay; Use of Pool in summertime (semi-private unheated pool, shared with house next door).
Available at extra fee:	Cellular-phone rental; Internet-modem rental; Baby cot & linen rental; Daily maid service.
Rental period:	Saturday to Saturday (arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am).
Payment:	50% deposit to hold booking; balance within four weeks of arrival. 50% deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made with notice of at least twenty weeks; no refund made after four weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation conditions may vary for rentals longer than one week. Additional breakage deposit of Euro 250 due on arrival and returned at the end of stay.
